OIG Dismisses Audit Claims Against FOX Rehabilitation
FOX Rehabilitation, the leading national provider of at home geriatric therapy services, is pleased to report the conclusion of an audit from the Office of the Inspector General showing full compliance with Medicare requirements.
The OIG concluded that medical records from FOX Rehabilitation fully aligned with Medicare coverage and payment rules, and the government’s Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services ‘non-concurred’ with initial findings that there had been ‘unallowable claims’ totaling $29.9 million.

Throughout the audit process, FOX remained steadfast in its denial of the initial allegations and stood soundly by the clinical services rendered and its supporting documentation.
