Brooklyn Book Festival Ready to Return

Book lovers out there should get ready! The Brooklyn Book Festival is returning to the area from September 22-30. The first day of the event will actually be online, enabling readers around the world to participate. There will be a number of other special days in the line up as well. On Saturday, September 28, Children’s Day will enable families to enjoy the world of books and to have a Children’s Marketplace of Books and other fun activities. On September 29, Festival Day, many authors will be present and there will be tens set up throughout Columbus park and Borough Hall Plaza.

Another perk of the week will be the BoBi Award, when one author is recognized as the “Best of Brooklyn.” The full list of events for the festival will be released in the coming weeks and it’s worth keeping an eye out for these many enriching opportunities.
